Corruption is an important problem of Thailand. It has adversely impacted the society and people from all walks of life. Recognizing the importance of this problem, the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission therefore has the initiative to hold an exhibition with the hope to give knowledge and propose ideas for the solution of the problem. The office has named the project “Thailand Anti-Corruption Expo 2010”. The objectives of the exhibition are to publicize the results of anti-corruption strategies implemented by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission and related organizations, and to promote morality and ethics in all sectors of the society under the ‘City of Good Citizen’ theme of the exhibition.
Modern multimedia presentation will be used for this exhibition. A lot of interesting activities will be conducted. The exhibition will be divided in 10 zones namely the ‘City of Good Government Officials’, the ‘City of Good Kids’, and the ‘Spiritual Anti-Corruption: The New Challenge’. It is expected that the exhibition will be useful to children, public sector personnel, local administration personnel, private sector personal as well as the general public. It is hope that participants will be able to apply the knowledge they have obtained from this exhibition for their daily lives.
Other activities will also take place in this event, including musical concerts and games to get free souvenirs. Admission will be free.
